Tuesday nights join Tony for this high-intensity interval training class that will be a mix of strength, and conditioning made up of functional movement (day-to-day life movements - squatting, pushing and pulling). Performed at your high intensity level, whatever level that may be. All levels of fitness welcome and encouraged.
