Facilitated by a Licensed Counselling Therapy, Healthy Relationships for Teens is a workshop designed to help youth better understand what healthy, respectful relationships look like in their daily lives. Participants will explore the characteristics of healthy relationships, warning signs of unhealthy dynamics, personal values, communication strategies, and healthy boundaries in both intimate and family relationships.
The program also provides information on supports and community resources available to help teens navigate relationship challenges.
