The MFRC Board of Directors invite you to satisfy your sweet tooth as you indulge in delectable desserts, celebrate our shared success and learn more about your MFRC.

Agenda (Tentative)

Introduction of the MFRC Board of Directors 
Review/approve the minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting 
Receive the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2022 and adopt the Auditor’s Report 
Receive nominations from the floor for Board Membership 
Ratify the Board of Directors 
Transact such other business as may come before the meeting

Desserts and refreshments will be served directly following the meeting.

Children are welcome to attend; however, they must be supervised as child care will not be available. Youth Drop In will be open for children ages 6 – 17 from 6:00 – 8:00pm.
