The MFRC Board of Directors invite you to satisfy your sweet tooth as you indulge in delectable desserts, celebrate our shared success and learn more about your MFRC. 

Date: Tuesday, September 29, 2026 

Time: 6:30 – 7:30pm

Location: MFRC (Bldg 161, Mons Ave) 

Register: online or call 780-973-4011 ext. 528-6300 by September 22 

Agenda Items:

• Introduction of the MFRC Board of Directors 
• Review/approve the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting 
• Receive the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2025/2026 and adopt the Auditor’s Report 
• Receive nominations from the floor for Board Membership 
• Ratify the Board of Directors 
• Transact such other business as may come before the meeting 

Desserts and refreshments will be served directly following the meeting.

Child care will be available for program participants with children ages 1 – 12 years. Registration is required, and space is limited. Participants must indicate their need for child programming upon registering. Please note, registration for child programming is not confirmed until you have received official confirmation from an MFRC staff member. The MFRC will confirm your child(ren)’s spot based on availability.
