Speed, Agility and Quickness Classes Start Fall 2025


Participants will engage in dynamic drills and functional training techniques to enhance overall athletic performance, coordination, and speed.  Ideal for anyone looking to boost their physical conditioning. This class emphasizes on injury prevention, mobility and explosive movements.


Free for military and DND/NPF/MFRC employees.
