The Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) supports the Canadian Armed Forces members and their families wherever they are in the world through the provision of fitness, recreation and leisure activities, family and charitable support, retail as well as personal financial services.
Fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs are delivered by PSP on Bases, Wings and Units across Canada and in deployed operations. PSP delivers evidence-based programs, which contribute to the health and well-being of the military community and operational effectiveness of the CAF.

Fit Kit: members are able to borrow exercise equipment such as dumbbells, yoga mats, skipping rope, etc.
Refundable deposits are required to borrow anything from our summer sport catalogue. Your deposit will be held until 28 Feb 2025 or on your posting date within the year.
