What's inside?

Entry can be made through the front doors, or at the side of the building through the PSP office. Please ring doorbell to gain access. Public parking is across the street, parking behind the gym is STAFF ONLY. All members must sign in on the clipboard at the PSP office front desk or at the front entrance. 

Gym Floor

The gym floor is an open space for sports and exercise! The court can be used for basketball, soccer, volleyball, badminton, floor hockey, pickleball, etc. The space can also be used for running, force test practice, workout classes, etc. 

Upstairs Cardio 

Our upstairs cardio area is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, spin bike, recumbent bike, etc. for all your cardio needs. We also have TV's installed for your entertainment as you work on your cardio! 

Cardio & Stretch Room 

Our small cardio and stretch room is set up for a more private experience. We have a stair climber, punching bag, mats, yoga ball, kettlebell, slam ball, weighted bar, sets of dumbbells, etc. Members are welcomed to bring equipment up there to use as long as it is returned where you got it from.

Weight Room 

The weight room is separated into two sections. One side is fully equipped with free weights, squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, plated weights, variety of bars, etc. The other side is equipped with a variety of workout machines, cable machines, cardio machines, etc. 

Misc. 

The gym has lockers and showers for members to use. Please bring your own locks and spray clean lockers/showers once you are done using them. There is a water fountain located at the East doors exit. The gym also has a Fit Kit room with a variety of equipment for members to use during their time at the gym. Military members/DND employees are able to loan out equipment from the Fit Kit room to use at home while you here.
