Important Update: A New Pension Administrator and Pension Portal Now Live!

We are pleased to announce Aon as our new pension administrator and the launch of the CFMWS Pension Portal! 

Key Information 

  • Seamless Transition:  Your pension payments will continue as scheduled without any interruptions. All member information was securely transferred to the new provider. 
  • New Contact Information: For any inquiries or requests regarding your pension, please contact Aon using the following details:  
    • Phone: 1-844-203-2693, between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. 
    • Mailing Address: PO Box 2220, Stn Don Mills Toronto ON M3C 0M7 
  • Enhanced Services: Aon offers excellent customer service and advanced technology, providing you with enhanced access to your pension information and support. 

 

Get Started with the Pension Portal Today 

  • Access Your Pension Portal Account: You should have received an information packet with instructions on how to access your Pension Portal account. If you have not received it or need assistance, please contact Aon directly at the phone number above. Surviving spouses of deceased CFMWS employees do not have access to the Portal. 

  • Resources available:  
    • View this instructional video that walks you through the steps to create your account on the Pension Portal. 
    • If you are eligible to change your pre-retirement pension beneficiary designation, you can view this video for the steps needed. 
    • Consult the portal access FAQs. 
  • Log In: Visit www.CFMWS.ca/pensionportal and log in using your credentials. 
  • Update Your Profile: Ensure your personal information is up to date by visiting the Member’s Menu.  If you are a current CFMWS employee, please contact your local HR office to update your personal information.
