Parties must be booked by the 20th of each month to ensure staffing is available.

Information and Booking Requirements

To book a party: Pick a package, complete agreement & waiver and settle the invoice!. Once your invoice has been paid, your party is confirmed.



Party booking availabilities are on Friday evenings from 1700 to 1900, or Saturday in either a morning session (1000-1200) or an afternoon session (1200-1400). Only one party session is available to be booked per day. Party requests must be booked by the 20th of each month to ensure staffing is available. 

What's included in your package?

  • Hosted party at Buffalo Park Hall
  • Set-up of the facility
  • 2-hour birthday party
    • 1.5 hours staff facilitated play (crafts, games and activity)
    • .5 hours for cake, food & presents (parent-led)
  • Maximum of 20 participants in staff-facilitated play and parents are welcome to stay
  • Access to a fridge

What's not included in your package?

  • Any food, cake, candles & lighter
  • Cups, plates, cutlery
  • clean-up of theme decorations will be included, but please assist with the clean-up of food / anything else that was brought

Cancellation Policy

If the party is cancelled after the party has been scheduled the client will NOT receive a refund of their payment. IF there are unforeseen circumstances that arise, please discuss with the recreation supervisor prior to the party date.
