Butt-Out Program Registration

The Butt-Out program is a partnership between the health centre's pharmacy and our health promotion team. 

 To participate, you need to register for an initial meeting, during which we will establish a game plan and choose an alternative therapy. These products are available free of charge through our pharmacy. We look forward to accompanying you in this change of lifestyle!
