Drinking Less is Better

The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction has been commissioned by Health Canada to produce Canada's Guidance on Alcohol and Health.

The main objective of the new "Guidance" is to help Canadians make informed decisions about alcohol and consider potential changes in consumption. On the website, you can learn more about the risks associated with alcohol, based on the number of standard drinks consumed per week.

If you'd like to know the actual number of standard glasses you drink per week, you can use this link, which will calculate it using the volume (ml or oz) and % alcohol of the beverages you consume.
