The Wellness Wheel

What it is and how it can assist you in your wellness journey

Wellness is more than just the absence of illness or distress; it's about finding balance across the various facets of your life and possessing the mindfulness to adjust or adapt when necessary.

To help us find this balance and fully understand the significance of wellness, we have the Wellness Wheel – an interconnected wheel that shows 8 different areas that can impact our overall well-being: emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual.

The objective is not necessarily to discover a perfect balance among all areas, but rather to conscientiously consider each one and cultivate a personal harmony that resonates with you. Continue scrolling to learn more about each area and complete your own personal Wellness Wheel Assessment.
