Toronto Unit Briefings 

Unit requests for training are encouraged. Materials can be altered to meet your needs, interests and time contraints. Minimum of 8 participants. 

Some examples of our current briefings include: 

  • Mental health & stress management practices

  • Mental fitness and suicide awareness

  • Essential nutrition

  • Sleep hygiene

  • How to make healthy living stick

Request an information session on the wellness topic of your choice by sending us an e-mail. Training can range from a 30-minute information session to full-day courses. Weekend and evening courses are also available. Open to all CAF members (Regular and Reserve), their immediate families and defense team members (minimum age 18).

Cost: FIN code may be required to cover TD, if applicable.
