  • Military Family Resources Centres
When you walk into an Military family Resource Centre (MFRC) you’ll be greeted by friendly, caring people who understand your military lifestyle. You’ll be invited to ask questions about parenting or employment, volunteer in meaningful ways, make new friends, connect with old friends or learn new skills. If you are facing a deployment and you’re anxious, your local MFRC is the place to go for guidance and support.
  • Ombudsman Office | Government of Canada
As a military family member, you may relocate frequently. Your career, community resources, and family support network may not move with you. Connecting with organizations and individuals who understand your challenges can help. These resources can provide the tools you need to help your family adjust to their new surroundings and overall well-being.
