Creative Connections:

The CFB Suffield MFRC Community Hub

Welcome to Creative Connections, the heart of the CFB Suffield MFRC community! This inviting and versatile space is where the community comes together to connect, learn, and support one another.

We host many of our special events here, including community suppers, pancake breakfasts, and seasonal celebrations. Creative Connections is also home to our Coffee & Chat gatherings and Mindfulness Mornings, providing a relaxed environment focused on connection and wellbeing.

Our service partners use this space to offer mental health programs and group sessions, and all MFRC-led mental health workshops—for adults, children, and youth—are held here as well.

Outside, families can enjoy a safe, welcoming area with faux turf, perfect for children to play while parents participate in activities or relax nearby.

Looking for a change of scenery? Let us know! Schedule permitting, we’re happy to open the centre for you to enjoy the space, have a coffee, or let the kids burn off some energy in a safe and comfortable environment.

At Creative Connections, there’s always something happening—a place to connect, create, and feel at home.
