Wolseley Barracks Messes

The Wolseley Barracks Messes are located in Beaver Hall, at the south east corner of the Wolseley Barracks property. Supporting the members of 31 Canadian Brigade Group Headquarters; the 1stHussars; the 4th Battalion The Royal Canadian Regiment; 31 Service Battalion; and other local Canadian Armed Forces elements, the Messes continue a long tradition at Wolseley Barracks since the opening of Wolseley Hall in 1888. 

Mess Hours

• First Tuesday of every month the Junior Ranks' Mess is open to All Ranks from 2100 hours to 2400 hours.
• Each Wednesday the Junior Ranks' Mess hosts All Ranks for coffee break at 1000 hours.
• Each Thursday parade night the all Messes are open to applicable membership from 2100 hours to 2400 hours
• Each Friday the Officers' Mess and WO & Sgts' Mess is open to applicable members (Regular and Associate) from 1200 hours to 1600 hours.
