Support Our Troops

CAF families can be reimbursed each time they travel out of town for a spouse/child/dependant's medical or dental specialist appointment. This program is in place to help mitigate the travel costs associated with accessing medical/dental care that may not be available in your local area. Reimbursements of travel costs for specialist medical/dental appointments outside of CFB Shilo will be made in accordance with the following chart:

How to apply:

• Complete Schedule G
• Attach proof of attendance (ex. appointment confirmation email, receipt, note from practitioners office, ect.)
• Complete NPP Direct Funds Transfer.  
• Attach detailed receipts for all meals and accommodations

Completed forms and all supporting documentation are to be scanned and emailed to +SHO SOT Requests from the DWAN network. Please note, emails not sent from the DWAN network will not be delivered.
