All sacraments are offered to military members, military status civilians and government employees under military contract. In addition, St. Francis of Assisi Chapel welcomes involvement in a wide variety of activities. These include the Catholic Women's League, Choir, Parish Council, Children's Liturgy, and an English and French catholic school. The parish also offers a special Home Program for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation.

St. George's Chapel offers a unique blend of Contemporary and Traditional Sunday Worship Service with two Sunday School classes for children aged 4-12 and a nursery for toddlers 3 years and under as well as a quiet nursing room with sound.  The Chapel is also involved with the Ladies Guild, Bible Studies, Youth Group, Lay Readers and Choir which enrich and support the military community.
