The Shield is the unofficial newspaper of 22 Wing North Bay, it is published monthly under the authority of the Wing Commander in accordance with CFAO 57-5.  Opinions and editorials expressed within The Shield do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Canadian Forces, the Wing Commander or Shield Staff.
