These cottages are designated as a non-smoking living space to alleviate the accumulation of dust, odours and possible allergic reactions, no smoking is allowed in either cottage.

During the winter months the road is maintained.  While we cannot control the weather, our cottages are normally accessible 365 days a year.  Don’t let the cold detour you from renting with us this winter.  Each cottage is fully winterized, electrically heated and features a small fireplace for your enjoyment.

Own a small boat?  There is a rudimentary boat launch not far from our cottages (just a few meters down the road).  This launch is not maintained and is considered “use at your own risk”.  Optionally, there is a public launch on the far end of Lake Talon. To access it, you’ll have to drive to Bonfield (30km East of North Bay) on Highway 17 East.

The public launch is located 2km from the highway on Talon Lake Road.  Trailer parking and overnight stays are prohibited at the public launch.  Please follow the signage.

IMPORTANT:  We are not responsible for the launches, their accessibility or their condition.   We recommend you do some light reconnaissance before bring any watercraft with you.
