Military Fitness and Sports Facilities Rules and Regulations (DWAN only) 

DROP IN FITNESS AT THE UPLANDS MILITARY COMMUNITY CENTRE

Managed by the PSP Recreation team, this fitness room is equipped with spin bikes, yoga mats, free weights, medicine balls and bosu balls.  

It is available at no cost for CAF members, veterans and their family members 18 years and older.

Mon-Thu 09:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Fri 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Sign in with reception before accessing fitness centre.

The centre is available on a first come, first serve basis. PSP Recreation reserves the right to limit access to patrons based on occupancy.
