Swimming program for CAF members

Are you a confident swimmer looking to improve your technique and fitness? Join our structured swim sessions offered in collaboration with the Nepean Masters Swim Club!

📌 Eligibility: Open to Canadian Armed Forces members with a swimming foundation.
🏊 Requirement: Ability to swim 200m non-stop (a swim test will be conducted during your first session).
📅 Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 13:15–14:15
📍 Location: Nepean Sportsplex Pool
📆 Dates: September 1, 2026 to June 29, 2027
💳 Cost: All swimmers must be registered with Masters Swimming Ontario ($15/year, at your own expense).
