Swimming program for CAF members

Are you a confident swimmer looking to improve your technique and fitness? Join our structured swim sessions offered in collaboration with the Nepean Masters Swim Club!

• Eligibility: Open to Canadian Armed Forces members in the NCR with a solid swimming foundation. 
• Requirement: Ability to swim 200m non-stop (a swim test will be conducted during your first session). 
• Dates: January 6 to June 25, 2026 (No swim on April 21 and May 28)
• Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 13:15–14:15
• Location: Nepean Sportsplex Pool 
• Cost: All swimmers must be registered with Masters Swimming Ontario ($15/year, at your own expense).
