Pick a level: Bronze, Silver, or Gold based on how you feel. No pressure, just small steps toward feeling stronger every day. Plus, there will be participation prizes throughout the challenge!

Each day, you’ll receive one small, feel-good task designed to improve your mood, energy, and overall health. We’ve created different levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—so you can choose what works best for you each day. No pressure, no rules—just simple habits to help you feel better, one day at a time.

From hydration and fitness goals to gratitude moments, this challenge is the perfect way to build healthier habits with intention.
