CFSG (O-G) Intramural League (co-ed)

PSP welcomes all CAF hockey players to the CFSG (O-G) Intramural Hockey League. The puck will drop on September 15th, 2025. The league will run until end of April 30, 2026. Games will not be held during the holiday season (mid to late December/early January), Ontario March break, or on statutory holidays.
 
We are pleased to offer this co-ed league in three different divisions: A, B and OT (40+ years of age or players new to the game of hockey).  All divisions will play one 90-minute game per week. 

GOALIES: Goalies play at no cost and can also play in various different leagues based on availability and requirements. Registration is still required.

FORWARDS & DEFENSE: Cost will be $120 + tax for a minimum of 27 ice times including playoffs and pre-season play.

Strong calibre “B” players are encouraged to register to both “A” and “B” leagues. They can register as spares for the “A” division league.

OT players are also encouraged to register to either A or B leagues if they wish.

  • This season “A” & “B” League play on a rotating schedule on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Games will be held both at the Richcraft Sensplex East in Gloucester (Tuesdays) and Bell Sensplex West in Kanata (Wednesdays and Thursdays). Games will be scheduled between 12:15 - 16:00.
  • The OT league will play on Mondays at Bell Sensplex West in Kanata. Games will be scheduled between 13:00 - 16:00.

How to join the league

  • Eligibility Requirements
    • Must be a Regular Force or Reservist, class A, B or C (must be on duty when playing)
    • Have a valid FORCE evaluation
    • Open to men and women
    • Those interested in the OT division must be 40 years or older. Goalies may be 35 years or older.
  • Equipment
    In accordance with Hockey Canada and the CAF Rulebook, the following equipment is mandatory for all players, goalies and officials:

  • Rules & Conduct
    All CAF are reminded that this is an intramural (fun and fitness) league. PSP Sports is committed to providing a fun and inclusive environment for all. Harassment towards team members, officials and staff will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action and/or expulsion from the league.

    Having issues locating this program in the registration platform? Follow the steps below:
    1.    Choose course from header list
    2.    Then choose filters on the side
    3.    Then choose fiscal year 25/26
    4.    Toggle the box for military sport and click apply
    5.    Click Physical (3) and it should then allow you to register for Div A, B or OT

    Cost is:
    A Division: $120.00 + HST / player
