April is Month of the Military Child - a dedicated time to honour the strength, resilience, and everyday courage of the incredible children growing up in military families.
Our Teal Up Together Kit is filled with fun activities and meaningful keepsakes designed to help children feel celebrated, supported, and proud of their unique role in the military community.
These kits are a small way of saying thank you to our young heroes - those who navigate change with courage, support their families with love, and show remarkable resilience every single day.
We invite families to “teal up together,” enjoy the activities, and help us shine a light on the strength of our military children throughout April and beyond.

Registration Details:
- Limited quantities available - first come, first served
- Registration required to reserve your kit
- Pick‑up instructions will be provided once registration is complete

- April 2, 2026: Uplands Military Community Centre, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- April 3, 2026: Uplands Military Community Centre, 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM
- April 7, 2026: Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre (Kanata), 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- April 7, 2026: Carling Campus, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- April 10, 2026: Cornwall, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- April 14, 2026: Orleans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre, 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM
