Red Cross Babysitting Course

This full-day (7-hour) course, offered in partnership with Safety Tree, is designed to prepare youth ages 10.5 (must be turning 11 by the end of August 2026) and up to safely and confidently babysit younger children. Experienced educators will guide participants through lessons and hands-on activities that teach how to prevent problems, respond to real-life situations, and care for children responsibly.

Details:   
  • Courses will be offered in English OR French  
  • Courses are hands-on and engaging, using games, role-playing, and discussions to facilitate learning
  • Participants receive a Course Manual and an official Red Cross Babysitting Certificate
