Job-Hunting Support in Montreal

The MFRC offers free job search assistance services for military spouses, as well as for youth aged 16 and over and veterans.

Here are a few examples of the services provided in individual meetings or group workshops, depending on needs:

• Job search techniques
• The job market in Quebec
• Updating your resumé and cover letter
• Information on job interviews
• Information sessions about jobs in the federal public service
• First resumé and summer job
• Special situations related to employment, return from leave, maternity leave, career progression, etc.
