• Sports facilities schedule

  Effective Monday, February 9, 2026, use of the Garnison Montréal Sports Centre will be reserved for military personnel only, Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

  The rest of the operating hours will be accessible to all other clients of the centre.

  Monday to Friday :  8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  Saturday : 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  Dimanche : CLOSED
