Solo Slam - Singles Pickleball Tournament
Open to militaires, reservists, and to the Extended Defence Team.

At the end of the group stage, the top two players from each group will advance to the semifinals, where the first-place finisher from one group will face the second-place finisher from the opposite group. The winners will then compete in the final to determine the champion of their category. A bronze medal match may also be played between the semifinal losers.
All matches will be played in a best-of-three format, with games played to 11 points, and players must win by a minimum margin of two points.
The tournament is designed to be inclusive and accessible to everyone.
Please note that the Crunchy Pickles and Spicy Pickles categories are based solely on skill level and are not determined by age or gender. All participants will compete together within their respective skill-level category.
Crunchy Pickles
This category is primarily intended for players with a DUPR rating of approximately 2.5 to 3.5 or those who have started playing within the past year. You are comfortable with the fundamentals of the game, regularly participate in recreational play, and are looking to gain more tournament experience.
Spicy Pickles
This category is intended for players with a DUPR rating of 3.5 and above. You are comfortable with game strategy, sustained rallies, dinks, volleys, and court positioning. You are looking for stronger competition and more challenging matches.
The primary goal of the Solo Slam is to group players of similar skill levels to ensure balanced, competitive, and enjoyable matches for everyone. If you do not have an official DUPR rating, simply choose the category that best reflects your current level of play.
