Mission 7000
From May 2 to June 6, 2026, let’s get moving! For five weeks, the military community of the Montréal Region is invited to take on a simple yet essential mission: reaching 7,000 steps per day. Mobilize starting on Québec’s National Day of Sport and Physical Activity, stay disciplined throughout the campaign, and let’s reach the objective together on Canada’s National Health and Fitness Day.
