Hike and Cider

We’re excited to invite you to a mid-day hike with a social after on Saturday, July 18, 2026. Registration is now open, and the deadline is Friday, July 10, 2026.

Join us for a guided hike through Metcalfe Rock with Free Spirit Tours, with the option to continue on to Spy Cider House & Distillery for a social gathering with cider and charcuterie. Participants may also choose to attend just the hike or just the social. Please let us know at the time of registration which option you would like to choose.

This is a great opportunity for CAF families and partners to connect, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time together in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Event details:

• Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026.

• Registration deadline: Friday, July 10, 2026.

• Hike time: 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

• Hike location: 415477 10 Line, Ravenna, ON N0H 2E0.

• Social time: 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.

• Social location: 808108 Side Rd 24, Clarksburg, ON N0H 1J0.

• Activity: Mid-day guided hike, with an optional social afterward at Spy Cider House & Distillery.

• Tour guide: Free Spirit Tours.

Hike information: This is an intermediate-difficulty hike with moderate hills, uneven terrain, and sections with rocks and roots. Participants should be comfortable walking on varied outdoor terrain. The trail offers beautiful scenery and a rewarding outdoor experience.

What to wear, please come prepared with:

• Comfortable layers.

• Hiking shoes.

• A hat.
