Creative Art Hour

Funded by True Patriot Love, Creative Art Hour is our "art club for grown ups," with emphasis on wellness and self-soothing. Participants explore a range of mediums and discover artistic forms that allows them the space to breathe, learn, and grow.

Participants will have access to 10 sessions—each focusing on a different art form. The sessions are designed to teach participants how to use specific materials—materials that will be provided by Mainland BC MFRC. The first of 8 pre-recorded sessions (view at your leisure) are now available, and the rest will be released approximately at a rate of 1 per month, ending with 2 in-person sessions in the spring. Creative Art Hour was developed with Veterans in mind, but is is also open to serving military members and their adult family members.
