TALK is a distress, crisis, befriending and information line. Experienced volunteers are available to answer your call from 7pm to 3am every night of the week. This is not a clinical counselling resource, however it is a non-judgemental, confidential and anonymous space.

Canadian Forces Member Assistance Program (CFMAP)  1-800-268-7708CFMAP is another avenue for counselling. They provide free counselling through private therapists. Calls answered 24/7.

Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (TDD)-  1-800-567-5803
Offers 24/7 Confidential, personal, bilingual, and free service offering information, support, referrals, reassurance and crisis management to Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans and their families- immediate and extended. This line can also provide support with funding for the Emergency Family Care Assistance Program which provides funding for short term immediate childcare needs in an emergency.

Mental Health professionals can provide 1 to 20 hours of support for a variety of concerns including work life, health related stress, family and marital problems, bereavement, and much more. This service is available 24/7 and is intended for the member and their family.

KMFRC provides a safe place to access support and resources for those wondering about or experiencing family violence.  Includes help accessing emergency intervention services.
