Welcome to the Butt Out Self-Managed Program!

Congratulations on making the decision to quit

The Butt Out program has been designed to help with tobacco addiction by making medications available, and to help change behaviour by using problem solving to analyze your reasons for smoking and find alternatives to reaching for the cigarette.

 

Health Promotion will start each week of the program with an encouraging email to you that provides information on what to expect for the week.  

 

Follow along each week as Health Promotion helps guide you through the 12-week Butt Out Program.
