Locations and Hours

The Esquimalt MFRC has two offices locations.  CPAC is located in Colwood and is home to our daycare. Signal Hill is located close to the Dockyard Gate in Esquimalt and is primary location of our counselling offices. The MFRC also has a facility in Colwood for Out-of-School Care.

We look forward to meeting you in person and having you visit our Centre to become familiar with the wide variety of services offered to families and the community. 

Signal Hill MFRC

Colwood Pacific Activity Centre (CPAC) MFRC

Hours of operation:

Monday - Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm

Closed on weekends and statutory holidays

MFRC Out of School Care

720 Galiano Crescent, Belmont Park, Colwood

Formerly called the Youth Activity Centre (YAC), this facility is home to our Out-of-School Care and a five minute drive from the Colwood Pacific Activity Centre (CPAC). Please visit CPAC for all of your walk-in requests.
