Sound Bath Experience
Join us for a relaxing sound bath experience of self-care facilitated by Fola Veritas, holistic sound healer and space holder, in honour of June’s New Moon. Immerse yourself into a meditative state of stillness as you “bathe” in sound frequencies and vibrations to set new intentions for nurturing your mind, body and soul.
About Fola Veritas:
Rest, reset and reconnect with Fola Veritas.
Having left a 13-year career as a psychiatric nurse in 2024 to pursue a blend of holistic spiritual healing through sound and creativity, Fola ties ancestral teachings with modern approaches that help creatives heal their past and step into a future full of possibilities.
She is a mother, a lover, who enjoys long walks in nature, and a creative sharing stories through various mediums. She enjoys inspiring others to bring their dreams to life.
