Paint Night: The Art of Flexibility
Express yourself through art in this wellness-focused painting activity designed to encourage relaxation, flexibility and creativity. In this guided painting experience, you will practice the art of self-expression as you approach each brush stroke with a flexible and open mindset. By taking time to slow down, stay present and embrace the creative process, you will be able to explore expectations, gain new perspectives, and enjoy the experience of creating alongside others in a low-pressure supportive space.

Sound Bath Experience
Join us for a relaxing sound bath experience of self-care facilitated by Fola Veritas, holistic sound healer and space holder, to help regulate the nervous system during the busy holiday season. Immerse yourself into a meditative state of stillness as you “bathe” in sound frequencies and vibrations to set new intentions for nurturing your mind, body and soul.

Having left a 13-year career as a psychiatric nurse in 2024 to pursue a blend of holistic spiritual healing through sound and creativity, Fola ties ancestral teachings with modern approaches that help creatives heal their past and step into a future full of possibilities.
She is a mother, a lover, who enjoys long walks in nature, and a creative sharing stories through various mediums. She enjoys inspiring others to bring their dreams to life.
Child care will be available for program participants with children ages 1-12 years. Registration is required, and space is limited. Participants must indicate their need for child programming upon registering for the program. Please note, registration for child programming is not confirmed until you have received official confirmation from an MFRC staff member. The MFRC will confirm your child(ren)’s spot based on availability.
