Mindfulness Workshop

Take the first step towards a more mindful you! Elevate your mental well-being and learn how to navigate the daily stressors and challenges of military life with mindfulness.

In this one-day workshop, you will learn how to use practical techniques in breathing, guided imagery and relaxation to reduce stress, boost fulfillment, transform behaviour and increase self-awareness. Our Mental Health and Wellness Team will also equip you with valuable coping strategies, resources and activities to help support a more balanced and resilient mindset. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
