Volunteering

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Comox Militray Family Resource Centre. We're currently looking for volunteers to join our Board of Directors.

  • Board meetings are typically held on the last Wednesday of the month.
  • Board meetings are usually not held in December or July.
  • The Annual General Meeting is usually held in June.
 

The Comox MFRC provides volunteers with orientation, on-the-job-training and the opportunity for personal development. Our Coordinator takes time to ensure each volunteer is supported and matched with opportunities that reflect their goals and interests.

Who can volunteer?

  • Military, civilian, youth, and retired individuals are all welcomed.
  • Youth ages 12-18 are welcome
  • Adults 18 and older are welcome
