InBody

To book an InBody test, click the link above or contact the Health Promotion Department directly. 

The test gives you detailed readings on your body composition, including lean body mass, body fat, and water. The test itself takes only a few minutes, followed by an in-depth review of the results. Testing appointments are 15 minutes.

Appointments are typically made between 0800-1600hrs, Monday through Friday; upon request, however, appointments can be booked outside of these hours. This is dependent on availability of staff. Drop-ins are not permitted as protocol must be followed prior to testing. If protocol is not followed, the test must be rescheduled as results would be skewed. Protocol will be sent to the individual with the appointment confirmation.

Unit Testing

The InBody machine travels! We can come into units to test groups of members. This is a great way to encourage members to continue using the machine on an individual basis, as well as a great tool to incorporate alongside unit health and wellness challenges. Unit testing duration depends on the number of members to be tested. We can begin unit testing prior to 0800hrs.
