Youth Weight Room Orientation

Our Youth Weight Room Orientation is designed for young individuals aged 13-17 who are eager to learn how to use our fitness equipment safely and effectively. Led by our experienced Fitness Instructors, this program provides comprehensive training on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and gym etiquette. Upon successful completion, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently utilize the weight room without supervision. Register on Univerus
