When members clear into the MFRC they are given a welcome package, to download a copy please see below. The adult welcome package includes: moving information, health care information, city of Saskatoon information and more. 

The children's welcome package includes information on fun things to do around the area, CSMFRC programming and information on registration for sports teams around the area.

To participate in programming with the CSMFRC please complete the following forms:

1. Family Information Record 

2. Client Consent Form 

3. Insurance Waiver

4. Expectation Forms (only needs to be completed if you have children)
