Veteran Family Program

The Veteran Family Program supports the unique transitioning needs of medically releasing Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, medically released Veterans and their families. Funded by Veterans Affairs Canada the program is delivered through Military Resource Centres across Canada. 

Services Include: 

• Operational Stress Injury Resource for Caregivers
• Veteran Family Journal
• Mental Health First Aid - Veteran Community
• Support with developing a Family Care Plan
• Information and referral
