Little Dragons
Little Dragons is intended for the youngest Taekwon-Do students, aged 4 to 6 (children in Junior Kindergarten, Senior Kindergarten or Grade 1). This course takes the students from their white belt to yellow stripe. At that time, they will be invited to join the Junior Belt class. Students are allowed to progress at their own pace and have fun while learning something new!
Junior Belt Class
If you are new to martial arts, this is the class for you! The Junior Belt class is open to all ages and is intended for white belts through to green stripe. We focus on skill development through learning patterns and doing drills.
Senior Belt Class
This class is open to all ages, green belts and up. If you have previous Taekwon-Do or other martial arts experience, please contact us for an assessment to determine which group you are best suited for. The Senior Belt class focuses on perfecting skills and techniques through patterns and drills.
Conditioning
Come and sweat with us! Conditioning classes are open to students in either the Junior Belt or Senior Belt classes. This is an opportunity to work on your speed and endurance and take your Taekwon-Do to the next level. Classes are open to all ages and belts.
