Reservations - Military personnel and units only

Procedure for reserving sports floors & fields

1.  Reservations for military sports floors & fields can be made from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays.

2. Reservations must be made one week in advance using the form below.

1. For example: If you wish to reserve Tuesday, April 8, 2025, you must submit your request on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
2. It is your responsibility to submit the form.

3. Only sports days will be authorized for advance reservations.
4. This procedure will give all units the opportunity to make reservations.

IMPORTANT - ID required

Between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. (reserved for military personnel):

• Access is permitted without ID, as this time slot is reserved exclusively for military personnel, who often arrive in uniform.

After 9:00 a.m. (until closing time, 7 days a week):

• ALL users MUST present a valid military ID card or a valid PSP membership card.

A unit sweater is not an official form of identification.
