The event is designed to replace the regular 2-hour on-shift physical training session, ensuring firefighters can participate without impacting operational responsibilities or daily workflow.

Supporting Wellness Across the NDFS
The Tactical Firefighter Games are a PSP-led initiative, developed in partnership with the Canadian Forces Fire Marshal (CFFM) Office to promote the health and well-being of the NDFS community. Participation is entirely voluntary, and the event is not part of any evaluation process or data collection activity.
