PSP Military Housing Units – Townhomes

519 units of  924 sq. ft. (317 inside units and 202 end units). Each unit comes with a gas range, fenced backyard and one parking spot. 

Eligibility 

• MCpl and below; 
• OCdt, 2Lt, or Lt (not including Navy); 
• Class B and C Reservists on a year-long contract; 
• Sgt/PO1/PO2/WO/Capt/Lt(N) on a temporary basis. 

Occupancy Charge

• The occupancy charge for a unit is currently $954 per month, plus a $25 water charge, for a total of $979 per month.
• The occupancy charge for Opportunity Occupants (WO/PO1/Capt/Lt(N)) is $1,297.50 per month, plus a $25 water charge, for a total of $1,322.50.
• If an extra parking space is required an additional $30.00 including HST will apply. 
• Occupancy charges are due on the first of each month.  

The occupancy charge is deducted through an Aquittance role for Regular Armed Forces members. 

Reservists are required to pay by pre-authorized debit (PAD) and also require a Security Deposit.
