Canada Army Run Training Program

Embark on a 12 or 18-week running program that will prepare you for the annual Canada Army Run with this exclusive training program! 

This program will give all runners the necessary guidance, tools and practical expertise to achieve their running personal objectives safely. 
 
Before you begin, make sure to fill out the "Health Appraisal Questionnaire" (on page 7 of the Guide) and contact a PSP fitness instructor who will help guide you through a personalized program that is suitable and tailored to your fitness needs.  They will also help you identify your individual abilities, set a realistic goal, and ensure that you have fun!
