Family and Friends Program

Families are essential partners in the recovery journey of an ill or injured serving member or Veteran. Through their ongoing support, they help create the stability and strength that make healing and recovery possible.

The Family and Friends (F&F) Program gives family members and friends the chance to be part of the Invictus Games experience alongside their Team Canada competitor. The program provides information, guidance and support before, throughout and after the Games to help participating families and friends prepare and make the most of their experience.
