Project Poppy

The Borden Family Resource Centre invites the community to honour the men and women who have served, and continue to serve our country in times of war, conflict and peace by displaying a poppy in their front window during Veteran’s Week.

This activity is offered at no cost and is available to CAF Members/Veterans and their immediate families, and the Defence Team and their immediate families. Project Poppy kits contain the necessary supplies for creating a window display, and will be available for pick-up from October 28 to November 4 . Eligible registrants who send in a photo of their window display to [email protected] will be entered in a contest to win a prize from the Poppy Store. See eligibility and rules below.

Contest eligibility & rules:

·Must register for a kit.

·Must submit a photo of your Poppy Project window display to [email protected] no later than November 11, 2023.

·The winner will be contacted by November 15, 2024. A public announcement will only be made with the permission of the winner.

·The Centre encourages all of our military connected community to be involved in this tribute.
