Reconditioning in Bagotville

Through an individualized and multidisciplinary approach, the Reconditioning program supports members on their journey toward better health, a safe resumption of physical activities, and an optimal return to the demands of military service.

PNP3 / MOMFIT

This pre- and postnatal fitness program is designed to support members during pregnancy and after childbirth. Workouts are tailored to the different stages of the perinatal period and focus on maintaining health, a gradual return to physical activity, muscle strengthening, and overall well-being.

ACP / PCME ARC

This program for the prevention of neck and back pain is designed for flight crew members. It aims to reduce discomfort associated with operational demands and prolonged work postures through targeted exercises, education, and strategies that promote better musculoskeletal health.

PRAS (Programme au service)

The PRAS is designed for members who are gradually resuming their activities following a sick leave or as recommended by their healthcare team. It offers tailored support through group classes, yoga, sports, and personalized training. The program also contributes to psychological well-being by using physical activity as a tool for stress management, building self-confidence, and supporting mental health.

PEPC / CPA X-FORCE

This program prepares members to pass the FORCE test, including those with functional or medical limitations. Training is tailored to each individual’s abilities and aims to gradually improve the physical qualities needed to complete the test’s tasks while fostering confidence and independence.

ERP (Reconditioning Training in the Pool)

The ERP offers low-impact aquatic training sessions. The aquatic environment reduces stress on the joints while improving cardiovascular endurance, mobility, muscle strength, and functional recovery.

Injury prevention

The CPA also offers educational workshops and awareness activities in collaboration with various professionals and internal partners. These initiatives aim to promote best practices in physical activity, injury prevention, ergonomics, recovery, and musculoskeletal health to enhance members’ performance and well-being.

Personalized Follow-Up

Each participant undergoes an initial assessment to determine their physical condition, limitations, and goals. A progressive training program is then designed and regularly adjusted to ensure safe, sustainable progress tailored to the member’s individual circumstances.
