Mess/Function Booking instructions:

​​​​​​Procedure for Mess Reservation and Post-Event Requirements:
  • Check the Mess Calendar to ensure availability for your desired function date.
  • Reserve your function by completing the Customer Function Reservation Form
  • Upon approval of your reservation, the Mess office will send a confirmation email and request the applicable Mess Rental Agreement.
  • Complete the Mess Rental Agreement and submit it no later than 3 business days prior to the function date.
  • After the event, complete and sign the Mess Clean Checklist and Guest List (both available on separate tabs) and return them to the Mess office.
Note: Please refrain from altering the setup of the mess and anteroom, as any damage, loss, or additional cleaning required may result in applicable charges.
